EndLess Flooring

Flooring materials will generally be delivered a few days prior to the scheduled installation date to allow for proper acclimation and preparation. 

A delivery charge will be applied to the invoice unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges may increase for locations that are more than 100 kilometers from Endless Flooring’s service area. 

Standard delivery includes placement of flooring materials in a garage, covered porch, driveway, or other easily accessible ground-level location designated by the customer. 

If the customer requests that materials be carried inside the property, transported to upper floors, basements, specific rooms, or other locations within the property, additional charges may apply based on the complexity and labor required. 

The customer is responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible delivery path. Endless Flooring and its delivery personnel are not responsible for any damage to walls, doorways, flooring, landscaping, driveways, personal belongings, or other property resulting from restricted access, obstacles, or customer-directed placement of materials. 

Upon delivery, the customer should inspect the materials for any visible damage and notify Endless Flooring as soon as possible of any concerns.
